We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. The Network Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:

• Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled by the team within SLA’s.
• Participate in Problem management processes.
• Ensure that our Network Operations are reliable, secure, resilient and scalable to support our growing business.
• On-time delivery of assigned network infrastructure projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
• Oversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and data.
• Design, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware. Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical background with 3+ years’ experience in a Network Administration role delivering network infrastructure systems, security and support.
• Strong technical knowledge of network equipment – switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP,) & firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GlobalProtect VPN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across user devices.
• Strong understanding of IPsec VPN setup, site-to-site tunnels, and troubleshooting using Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience integrating GlobalProtect with authentication mechanisms such as LDAP, SAML, and MFA.
• Good understanding of Palo Alto security profiles – URL Filtering, Threat Prevention, WildFire, and App-ID.
• Familiarity with high availability (HA) configuration, upgrade, and failover behavior on Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setups.
• Proficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection, and traffic engineering.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture.
• CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network certifications.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure change management.
