About the RoleAs part of a NetSuite Solution Provider partner practice, you will help drive practice excellence by owning delivery execution quality, mentoring consultants, establishing best practices, and ensuring adherence to the Sikich Project Implementation Methodology. You will also contribute to client roadmaps, and support team development through coaching and performance management.
This role requires strong leadership, advanced knowledge of NetSuite’s Supply Chain and Operations modules, a client-centric mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value with every engagement.
 
 What will you do in this role?
Client Discovery & Solution Ownership
  • Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations for supply chain functions—including WMS, inventory management, work orders and assemblies, wip and routing, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and demand planning.
  • Design, configure, and validate NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with supply chain best practices and industry standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by communicating the business impact of NetSuite functionalities, emerging industry trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project scope and execution by collaborating closely with project managers, technical teams, and fellow consultants to ensure on-time, in-budget, high quality delivery.
  • Own the system architecture on assigned projects and provide authoritative guidance for solution decisions, integrations, and module adoption.
  • Support and reinforce the perception of Sikich as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with teams to enhance work culture and a positive environment.
  • Track time to ensure proper invoicing
Process Optimization & Strategic Guidance
  • Conduct supply chain process assessments, identify operational gaps, and recommend scalable optimizations leveraging NetSuite capabilities and partner‑add‑on solutions.
  • Drive process reengineering across design‑to‑build, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, demand planning, inventory optimization, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Provide leadership in change management, training strategy, and post‑go‑live stabilization to ensure high user adoption and long‑term customer success.
Practice & Team Leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid‑level consultants—providing guidance on solution design, career development, and professional growth.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and support ongoing skills development for team members.
  • Promote and enforce Sikich’s implementation methodology, quality standards, documentation requirements, and delivery best practices.
  • Maintain and expand NetSuite product knowledge through required certifications, continuing education, and hands‑on solution work 
 
 What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including hands‑on configuration across Supply Chain modules.
  • 5+ years of ERP implementation experience in a consulting or solution provider environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing supply chain business process flows such as:
    • Design to Build
    • Procure‑to‑Pay
    • Order‑to‑Cash
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Work Orders and Assemblies
    • WIP and Routings
  • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively with functional, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly NetSuite solutions.
