What You'll Do:
Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements to include managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets across all lifecycle phases, while leading consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis, all within an integrated project plan
Lead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals
Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements, spearhead Business Requirements Documentation, and contribute to project plan development
Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and integrate lessons learned into future projects
Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients
Maintain and update process diagrams, documentation, and best practices for NetSuite configuration
Regularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resources
Recognize and address out-of-scope customer requests, present mutually beneficial solutions, and help set realistic expectations
Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and ensure successful customer testing throughout the implementation
Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities
What You'll Bring:
9+ years of experience in professional services with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementations
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues
Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
