LeadVenture is looking for a NetSuite Developer to join our team! The NetSuite Developer role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business operations. This position plays a critical part in enhancing organizational efficiency and supporting key business objectives by leveraging the full capabilities of the NetSuite OneWorld ERP system. In addition to customization's and integrations within NetSuite and Zone Advanced Billing, the developer will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining seamless integrations with other commercial and internal cloud application suites.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Developer to join our team. The NetSuite Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customization's, integrations, and workflows within the NetSuite OneWorld ERP platform and the Zone Advanced Billing and Zone Capture/Approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and enhancements within the NetSuite platform, including SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud Plus, and SuiteBuilder.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and NetSuite solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other internal or third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Support integrations with a Best of Breed SaaS application suite, to include Salesforce, Paystand, Adaptive Planning, Concur, and other SaaS applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality, performance, and integrations.
- Support ongoing NetSuite upgrades, implementations, and system optimizations.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training or guidance to end-users as needed.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must have 4+ years of experience developing and customizing NetSuite OneWorld ERP solutions.
- Proficiency with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteTalk (Web Services), SuiteFlow (Workflow Automation), and SuiteBuilder (Customization Tools). Proficiency with NetSuite Performance tools
- Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Accounting business processes (AR, AP, General Ledger, Finance, Reporting, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Working Conditions
- Full-time remote position.
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or project implementations.
