  • Act as a trusted advisor to US-based clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Support solution walkthroughs, system demos, and technical discussions with client leadership.
  • Ensure solutions align with SOX, audit readiness, and US GAAP requirements.
  • Establish system governance, documentation standards, and change management controls.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Architect, Senior Consultant, or Lead Functional/Technical Consultant
  • Strong understanding of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
  • Experience supporting US-based clients or multinational environments
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SuiteScript (2.x preferred)
    • SuiteFlow / Workflows
    • Saved Searches & Advanced Reporting
  • Ability to translate business problems into elegant system solution

Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)

  • NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer)
  • Experience in BPO, SaaS, e-commerce, or multi-entity environments
  • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience working across time zones with US clients
