About the Role
Lansweeper is undergoing a major transformation of our financial and subscription management stack across NetSuite, ZoneBilling, Salesforce, Workato, and our emerging Digital Sales architecture. We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator who can own and evolve our NetSuite platform end-to-end — with a strong focus on bundles, advanced integrations, and scalable finance operations.
This role sits at the heart of our Q2C engine and partners closely with Finance, RevOps, Business Applications, Engineering, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Administration
Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite OneWorld, including subsidiary configuration, role/permission governance, and bundle lifecycle management.
Own the installation, configuration, update, and troubleshooting of third-party bundles (ZoneBilling, Avalara, Adyen, Zone Capture, Zone reconcile, Zone e-invoicing, tipalti, upflow)
Maintain multi-book accounting, advanced revenue management, and key financial modules (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, billing).
Integration & Automation
Manage and optimize integrations across Salesforce → NetSuite, ZoneBilling → NetSuite, payment gateways, and internal tools.
Design, monitor, and troubleshoot data flows, script executions, integration errors, and sync logic.
Ensure reliable operation of custom scripts, SuiteFlows, and other customizations.
Quote-to-Cash & Billing
Act as technical partner for Q2C, R2R, P2P processes including subscription management, usage rating, invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment operations.
Support bundled products, subscription item setup, rate plans, price books, and billing automation.
Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to ensure accuracy in invoice generation, tax handling, and data alignment with downstream systems.
Governance, Documentation & Support
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, scripts, saved searches, integrations, and bundle configurations.
Lead compliant change management processes, test cycles, and release management.
Provide support and mentor users
