What You’ll Be Driving:

Leading a high-performing tech team;
Server-side development using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), Orleans Framework, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kafka Connects, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes;
Designing and maintaining distributed systems;
Defining and evolving application architecture;
Code reviewing and mentoring engineers, fostering continuous skill growth;
Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and Project Managers to drive predictable delivery and product alignment;
Improving SDLC practices and delivery predictability.
