Why this role exists:
This role exists to lead the Unified Feed team, ensuring reliable, high-performance trading systems, guiding engineers, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.
What you’ll drive:
Team leadership and development
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a compact tech team, fostering ownership, motivation, and trust.
- Conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous skill growth.
Technical delivery and architecture
- Server-side development with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Orleans, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Designing and maintaining distributed, high-load systems; defining and evolving application architecture.
- Improving SDLC practices and delivery predictability.
Collaboration and product alignment
- Working closely with Product, QA, and Project Managers to ensure predictable delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring engineering decisions balance technical excellence with business impact.

- Proven experience leading and growing engineers in a team environment.
- Hands-on technical expertise in .NET, distributed systems, and high-load applications.
- Track record of predictable delivery, proactive risk handling, and quality outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing standards, and disciplined release management.
- Ability to shape architecture and system design using SOLID principles and OOD.
- Effective cross-team collaboration and product-oriented mindset.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Orleans Framework, Kafka Connects, Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for distributed systems.
- Experience improving engineering culture, mentoring, and process evolution in tech teams.
