Why this role exists:

This role exists to lead the Unified Feed team, ensuring reliable, high-performance trading systems, guiding engineers, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.

What you’ll drive:

Team leadership and development

Leading, mentoring, and growing a compact tech team, fostering ownership, motivation, and trust.
Conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous skill growth.

Technical delivery and architecture

Server-side development with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Orleans, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes.
Designing and maintaining distributed, high-load systems; defining and evolving application architecture.
Improving SDLC practices and delivery predictability.

Collaboration and product alignment

Working closely with Product, QA, and Project Managers to ensure predictable delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Ensuring engineering decisions balance technical excellence with business impact.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

Proven experience leading and growing engineers in a team environment.
Hands-on technical expertise in .NET, distributed systems, and high-load applications.
Track record of predictable delivery, proactive risk handling, and quality outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing standards, and disciplined release management.
Ability to shape architecture and system design using SOLID principles and OOD.
Effective cross-team collaboration and product-oriented mindset.
Upper-Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Orleans Framework, Kafka Connects, Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for distributed systems.
Experience improving engineering culture, mentoring, and process evolution in tech teams.
