About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on .NET Developer to help take Lucida AI to the next level.

You will work directly with the founders and own critical parts of the product — from ideation to launch — focusing on activation, retention, and monetization.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or scaled consumer mobile products and thrives in early-stage startup environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain app-domain and backend services for our mobile apps
• Develop high-performance APIs using .NET technologies
• Work closely with mobile, AI, and product teams
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and response times
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with .NET / C#
• Experience supporting mobile applications (iOS/Android backends)
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Product mindset and ownership mentality
• Startup energy and ability to move fast

Nice to have:

• Experience with high-scale consumer apps
• Knowledge of real-time systems or voice/speech products
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
