About the Role
We are seeking a skilled .NET Core Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications using .NET Core on the backend and React or Next.js on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core
Build and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
Integrate authentication and authorization using Microsoft Identity Provider
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React or Next.js
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and support QA efforts
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience with .NET Core development
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core
Solid experience working with SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization
Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Microsoft Identity Provider or similar identity frameworks
Frontend development experience with React or Next.js
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure or cloud-based deployments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with Docker or containerized applications
Knowledge of application security best practices
Compensation range for this role is 300,000–400,000 PKR per month, depending on experience, technical depth, and overall fit.
