About the Role
We are seeking Occupational Therapists at all levels, from new graduates to experienced practitioners, to join our community-based services in Melbourne and Brisbane. These roles involve supporting clients across a range of needs, promoting independence, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised OT care plans

  • Deliver therapy interventions in community and home-based settings

  • Support clients’ independence in daily living, work, and leisure activities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy

  • HCPC (or local equivalent) registration

  • Open to new graduates and experienced OTs

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work across designated catchment areas
