About the role
This field-based leadership role is pivotal in leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company objectives and drive the continued growth and success of multiple brands within the Specialty Care Business Unit.
As a manager at Sobi, you provide team and functional leadership by creating an optimal environment for your team to thrive and deliver impact. You bring a strong voice to the leadership discussions, shaping direction and enabling effective cross-functional execution. You focus on talent development and retention, building diverse, high-performing teams with clear growth pathways. You consistently role‑model Sobi’s leadership competencies—Trust Builder, Strategic Visionary, People Champion, and Performance Catalyst—to drive clarity, empowerment, and sustained results.
The position requires a strong people management capability, excellent coaching skillset, flexibility, strategic thinking, leadership, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborating closely with the Business Unit Director (BUD) and wider cross-functional teams (XFT), this role ensures alignment, ambition, and a steadfast focus on patient and customer centricity to deliver impactful business outcomes.
The role is Field based role, reporting to Business Unit Director UK and RoI, Specialty Care.
