You will be responsible for sell-in strategies, analyzing the business using a data driven approach, management of accounts, performance of the channel, project management, and collaborating with sales leadership on overall strategy. You will contribute to the topline sales strategy and work collaboratively with all aspects of sales – including Leadership, Customer Operations, Marketing, and other cross functional leaders on go to market strategy, performance, and category optimization.   • Manage the Headquarter sales calls for various Albertsons Divisions, Winn-Dixie, Meijer, Fresh Thyme, Cub Foods, Kroger/Harris Teeter, Hy-Vee, Rouse’s Markets and other regional independent grocery retailers/distributors.  Must have an overall knowledge of the entire market retail landscape.
  • Develop annual business growth; sales and margin plans in line with company strategic goals.
  • Manage So Good So You’s portfolio of Probiotic Juice Shots.  
  • Direct and Monitor all aspects of trade promotion to ensure maximum impact.
  • Prep and Conduct Category Reviews across multiple buyer desks (Produce, Deli, Dairy) to promote and advance the So Good So You portfolio.
  • Develop budget plans, monthly forecasts, trade spend management, and promotional budget tracking to help manage progress towards sales objectives.
  • Ensure marketplace execution of retail programs.
  • Be a customer advocate to So Good So You to ensure customers are receiving the appropriate level of organizational support.
  • Build strategic partnerships to include annual Joint Business Plan, appropriate Top to Top interactions and disproportionate share of mind in categories that So Good So You plays in.
  • Partner and guide the Regional Broker network to achieve key goals and KPIs
  • Develop and execute a robust channel and customer strategy with key internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure timely implementation of core distribution and breakthrough innovations
  • Work in conjunction with operations, supply chain, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure proper customer sales service, and delivery excellence
  • Organize Brand presence at tradeshows and attend as needed

  • Qualifications:
  • Planning & Management: The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and workload.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Outside sales management experience and demonstrated sales achievement.
  • Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally.
  • Keen understanding of syndicated data (IRI, SPINS, Nielsen) and how to use it for internal and external analysis and planning.
  • Broker management experience desired.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).Demonstrated success with an emerging brand or highly competitive consumer products category.
  • Must be a self-starter and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to get things done.
  • Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, negotiation tactics, profitability, and budget goals.
  • Should enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced, entrepreneurial, work hard-play hard environment
  • Experience in short shelf life, refrigerated products is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential. G-Suite a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Communication or related field a plus

  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the salary range for this position is $105,000 - $160,000.
