💼 What You’ll Do

  • National Growth Leadership: Lead the expansion of our builder-aligned mortgage sales presence across high-growth markets.
  • Builder Development: Deepen and expand builder relationships by delivering consistent value, insight, and execution support.
  • Strategic Recruiting: Source and hire top-producing Loan Officers aligned with our vision, culture, and builder-first approach.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to unify strategy.
  • Performance Accountability: Own revenue targets, market penetration, and builder satisfaction.
  • Revenue & Market Capture: Lead builder onboarding and LO alignment to maximize loan volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in mortgage, title, or real estate sales with national or multi-market reach
  • Proven success growing builder partnerships and B2B channels
  • Comfortable presenting to executives and navigating high-stakes deals
  • Experience recruiting and leading sales teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep knowledge of builder-direct lending
  • Bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Bold communicator, high-energy leader, road-ready and relationship-driven
