What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
  • Present logistics services to prospective customers
  • Build operations team to further success of account
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Negotiate rates and terms to optimize service quality
  • Monitor carrier performance to ensure excellent service
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational excellence
  • Track market trends and carrier availability to make data-driven decisions

It’s great to have these Qualifications:

  • Highschool Degree or GED
  • Prior customer service skills

It’s even better to have:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Logistics Experience
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Management Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
