What You'll Do
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with IDN stakeholders across regions.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Daniels Health solutions.
Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
Lead contract negotiations and manage multi-region agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service.
Monitor KPIs, compliance, and sustainability metrics; conduct quarterly business reveiws.
Provide education and best practices for waste management and infection control.
Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Travel regularly (40–60%) to strengthen relationships and oversee implementations.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in healthcare account management, preferably with IDNs or national accounts.
Proven success managing multi-region accounts and driving strategic growth.
Experience leading teams.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver operational excellence.
Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools.
