The Role
You will act as the primary Account Executive for Bloomerang’s National Account Program, for a set number of assigned accounts, designed specifically for federated nonprofit structures where the national office exerts influence rather than mandate. Your goal is to create a 'path of least resistance' for independent affiliates by negotiating master-level benefits and standardized onboarding frameworks that make Bloomerang the obvious choice for their local chapters/affiliates You manage the sales process to close via excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills, while driving creative, one-to-many sales strategies to penetrate local affiliates and chapters.

Compensation
As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $130,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
