Crystal Dynamics is seeking a Narrative Performance Producer to join our Narrative Production Team for a 6-month Project Full-time role. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and delivery processes that keep teams aligned and projects on track.

You’ll deliver impactful results, proactively offering creative solutions, and helping to refine processes that elevate team performance.

As a Producer, you will:

  • Plan and organize roadmaps, schedules and requirements initiating and maintaining project management processes to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Proactively recognize and address project issues, conflicts and scope changes, taking corrective action maintaining team progress and alignment.
  • Lead project management of cross-functional teams and external teams through clear communication, partnership with Project Leadership, and consistent production practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on goals, roles, and dependencies, and drive decisions that keep outcomes on track.
  • Stay current on role relevant tools, techniques, and practices, applying learnings in day-to-day work and sharing useful updates with the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve quality and efficiency by optimizing workflows.
  • Develop and maintain materials such as guidelines, specifications, and workflows.
  • Provide peer support and informal coaching by sharing knowledge, reviewing work when asked, and helping teammates unblock.

To be considered for this role, we require the following:

  • Experience working as a Producer (or comparable role) on a high-quality gaming title.
  • Experience producing narrative, cinematics, and performance beats while gathering feedback, coordinating and assisting with mocap shoots.
  • Understanding of industry-specific tools/tech (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Perforce, Miro, MS Office, etc.) and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Contributed to development on shipped or in-progress titles, with involvement across multiple phases of the cycle.
  • Experience working on third-person action-adventure games or similar genres. 
  • Experience partnering with teams across multiple time zones.

It'll be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience working in an environment that uses Unreal Engine.

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states or regions, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education.
