NA Capital Projects Engineer

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead capital projects that directly impact performance, efficiency, and long‑term manufacturing capability across two key sites – Marshall and Pryor. If you enjoy technical problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and owning projects end‑to‑end, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across two manufacturing sites,
  • Building and presenting business cases to justify capital investments and forecast future capital needs,
  • Managing project schedules, resources, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle,
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support material procurement, scheduling, and field reporting,
  • Tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership,
  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects, including handling submittals, changing orders, and safety documentation,
  • Participating in conceptual engineering work, including opportunity evaluation and alternative analysis,
  • Providing technical troubleshooting during equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation,
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of materials, equipment, inventory, and project documentation,
  • Assisting in resolving project‑related issues and support project closeout activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering,
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through execution,
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly,
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment,
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills,
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
