Music & Culture intern - 6 months (m/f/d)

TLDR

Engage with music trends and pop culture through active monitoring, contribute to editorial projects, and participate in programming content for the Deezer Next program.

This role has a start date from Mai onward. 

What you will do : 

  • Active monitoring and tracking of music trends, pop culture news, and proposing relevant editorial angles accordingly 

  • Monitoring of weekly releases and recommendations for playlist entries to the editorial team.

  • Assisting with coordination and operational support for editorial projects.

  • Participation in programming and production of content for the Deezer Next program.

  • Market analysis, benchmarking, and industry trend tracking. 

  • Monitoring content and analyzing editorial performance based on the team’s objectives and KPI’s

This role is excellent for a person:

  • The key qualities are: curiosity, creativity, organization, autonomy, and teamwork. 

  • You have a strong music knowledge: you are open-minded and show an interest in all music genres, both popular and more niche. 

  • You are proficient in English and also comfortable with numbers and statistics (or you are interested in learning), as well as familiar with Google Suite tools (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides…).

Any previous internship or experience in the music industry or other creative industries will be highly appreciated.
