We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team.  This role focuses on producing engaging visual and multimedia content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across static design, motion graphics, and video while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, blogs, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design and produce motion graphics and animations for social media and digital platforms.
  • Create, edit, and optimize videos for marketing campaigns, employer branding, and company-wide events.
  • Support marketing, sales, HR, and administrative teams with visually compelling multimedia deliverables.
  • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into effective visual and multimedia outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels in alignment with established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of content creation.
  • Stay up to date with design, motion, and video trends to continuously improve output and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia design, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
