Are you an experienced Business Manager looking for a meaningful leadership role across a group of friendly, community-focused veterinary clinics?

We’re seeking a Full-Time Business Manager to support and oversee operations across Burpengary Veterinary Hospital, Wellpets Kallangur and Vet MD (Murrumba Downs Vet). This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems and helping clinics thrive.

About the Role

Working closely with the clinic leaders and veterinary teams, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day and strategic management of the practices, ensuring smooth operations, positive team culture and excellent client experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing clinic operations across all three sites

• Supporting and mentoring leadership and reception teams

• HR and people management (recruitment, onboarding, performance support)

• Rostering, payroll support and leave management

• Financial administration, reporting and budget support

• Improving systems, workflows and compliance

• Supporting growth, efficiency and team wellbeing

About You

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership role (veterinary or healthcare experience highly regarded)

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style

• Comfortable working across multiple sites

• Passionate about team culture, efficiency and client service
