Multi-disciplinary Brand Designer

Navan is looking for a dynamic Brand Designer (with at least 8-10 years experience | Agency experience is a strong plus) to join our fast-paced team in Holborn, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative who thrives in tech environments, loves collaboration, and is eager to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

We’re looking for a versatile, all-round brand designer who can confidently adapt across disciplines. From digital and web to motion, print, and presentation design, you’ll bring creativity, technical skill, and a solutions-driven mindset. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute brand design projects from start to finish - across digital, print, presentation, and motion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality, creative solutions.
• Design compelling and effective presentations for clients and external audiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of Navan’s brand identity across web, social, events, and product touchpoints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and high standards of brand execution.
• Push boundaries with innovative design while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides & Docs.
• Strong skills in digital advertising design and concepting, social media graphics
  + paid ads, animation, and presentation design.
• A versatile designer comfortable working across multiple mediums.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A proactive, driven attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced tech environment.
