Job responsibilities:
- Execute trades across multiple asset classes, including bonds and options, ensuring optimal execution and adherence to trading strategies.
- Monitor market conditions and provide timely insights and recommendations to the investment team.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement trading strategies that align with the firm's investment objectives.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with brokers and counterparties to ensure access to liquidity and competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all trading activities.
- Analyze trade performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of trading systems and processes.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in dealing, with a focus on bonds or options or bond & equity products (candidates with equity dealing only background will NOT be considered).
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
