Currently, we are hiring a MuleSoft Senior Consultant for one of our partner organizations in KSA, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The MuleSoft Senior Consultant is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of Theeb’s integration platform based on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

This role ensures effective collaboration with external implementation partners, oversees system integrations (including CarPro, Salesforce, and Genesys), and supports the establishment of internal capabilities for long-term platform ownership and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all MuleSoft integration activities in collaboration with the external implementation vendor.
  • Review, validate, and document API designs, integration architecture, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure API governance, standardization, security, and best practices are consistently applied across integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define integration requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Monitor, support, and optimize integrations between CarPro, Salesforce, Genesys, and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs and performance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface catalogs, and integration performance reports.
  • Support internal knowledge transfer initiatives to build and strengthen Theeb’s in-house integration capabilities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for API-led connectivity, middleware architecture, and MuleSoft operations.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or enterprise integration roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including:
    • Design Center
    • API Manager
    • Runtime Manager
  • Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS).
  • Proven experience coordinating with external vendors and managing complex integration initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
