Mulesoft Architect (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape integration architecture for complex enterprise systems while directly impacting business transformation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions that connect Salesforce and ERP platforms. The position combines hands-on technical contributions with strategic oversight, providing mentorship to development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions is key. Accountabilities:

• Identify and evaluate technologies for projects based on requirements and industry trends.
• Develop application frameworks and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Lead development teams in designing, testing, and deploying application components.
• Provide hands-on contributions to technical code, design documentation, and implementation activities.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy software in an Agile environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document and obtain approval for application designs and architecture.
• Offer consultation and recommendations on business capabilities, process design, and software development best practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop skills and ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of Mulesoft integrations.
• Hands-on experience across end-to-end development activities.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams while maintaining hands-on coding and design responsibilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions.
