Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for MS Dynamics and PowerApps Developers to support a public sector CRM transformation programme. The project aims to introduce a new Customer Relationship Manager to replace current manual processes, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to build the alpha version for two key business areas. Following approval of the alpha phase, the project will transition into the beta phase to develop a production-ready CRM solution. This role requires active SC clearance and will involve additional vetting, which may extend the onboarding process beyond standard timelines.

What you will do:

  • Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support CRM implementation.
  • Build and customise applications using Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Integrate CRM solutions with Azure services and related technologies.
  • Utilise Azure DevOps for source control, deployment, and release management.
  • Support the design and delivery of the alpha CRM build for two key business areas.
  • Contribute to the transition from alpha to beta phase to develop a production-ready CRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards within a public sector environment.
  • Participate in additional vetting processes as required for the role.
  • Active SC clearance with a government agency used within the last 6 months or Home Office SC.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of CRM implementation within public sector or regulated environments.
  • Ability to work onsite in London and Croydon as required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
