Motion Producer

We’re looking for a Motion Producer to join our in-house film production team. You’ll bring your motion media expertise to elevate our global content and make sure our stories move people – literally.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead projects from idea to delivery.
  • Manage, coordinate, and produce motion media across studio shoots, CG animation, and location projects.
  • Guide and support colleagues from different competencies, helping them navigate projects with confidence.
  • Plan, budget, and assemble production teams with the right skills.
  • Ensure quality at every step and communicate clearly when things don’t go as planned.
  • Contribute to developing smarter workflows that make creativity flow.

This role is based in Älmhult, and we believe presence matters – so you’ll be here with us, shaping ideas together.

We’d love it if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a motion producer (or similar) in film production, advertising, broadcast, or other industry-standard environments.
  • A proven track record of successful film projects.
  • Experience managing budgets for motion media productions.
  • Knowledge of post-production and VFX.
  • Technical know-how in industry-standard visualization software and pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – you can connect with all kinds of personalities and collaborate across teams and clients.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
