Motion Designers Lead

StellarTech is looking for Motion Designers Lead to strengthen our Creative Production Department.

Lead Motion Designer is a key role within creative production, responsible for creating and scaling performance video creatives.

The role combines:

• hands-on motion design work
• managing a team of designers
• ownership of creative performance
• implementation of AI and optimization of the production pipeline

What You’ll Do

• Creation and quality control of performance video creatives (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Generation and testing of creative hypotheses
• Analysis of creative performance (CTR, CPA, ROI)
• Managing a team of motion designers (hiring, development, feedback)
• Optimization of the production pipeline (speed and scalability)
• Implementation of AI tools into workflows
• Collaboration with creative producers
• Participation in shaping the creative strategy

KPI 3 month

• Fast onboarding into the product, processes, and performance-driven mindset
  Launch and stabilization of a consistent production pipeline (volume and predictability)
  Active participation in generating and testing creative hypotheses
  First measurable improvements in creative performance (CTR / CPA / early ROAS signals)
  Establishing effective communication with marketing / UA teams
  Initiating and implementing process improvements (production / workflow / AI)
  Building initial ownership of the creative performance direction

What We’re Looking For

• Expert level in Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience creating performance creatives for paid ads
• Understanding of:
  - animation principles
  - video editing
  - visual storytelling
• Experience with AI tools
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives
• Basic understanding of metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI)
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Nice to Have

• Automation skills
• Experience in mobile apps / product companies
