ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re excited to call for new talent to join our team!

As we work to elevate our brand, our creative team is seeking additional support in bringing our visuals to life through movement. Our visual strategy draws from technology and the dynamic energy of sports.

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our Brand Design team, enhancing our approach to video storytelling and brand motion. The aim is to create engaging and high-quality video content that resonates with our audience, while strengthening the animation capabilities of our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the cohesion of our brand identity through motion design touchpoints
• Prepare powerful video campaigns and social media assets that strategically aid growth
• Work closely with other designers and content creators to develop effective motion solutions
• Create video templates and motion concepts to streamline production
• Keep track of best practices in motion design, video formats, & tech innovation
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between design and other departments through proactive communication and teamwork
  
  

What you bring to the team

• Positive and cooperative multidisciplinary motion designer eager to grow
• Curious, dedicated, pragmatic, and detail-oriented
• Creative with a strong sense of rhythm, timing, and composition
• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro (knowledge of other Adobe CC apps is a plus)
• Able to proactively seek and thoughtfully apply feedback
• Dedicated to developing organisational design maturity
• Constantly seeking to improve technical and storytelling skills
• Ready for a team environment through collaboration with other creative professionals
  
  

What sets you apart

• Passion for sports: A genuine interest in sports and an understanding of its visual culture is highly valued
• Design preparation in Figma: Ability to organize, layer, and prepare assets for seamless video production
• Technical efficiency: You are comfortable using Expressions or scripts in After Effects to automate repetitive tasks and build flexible templates
• Digital optimization: Experience with Lottie for creating lightweight, scalable animations for web and apps
• Familiarity with Rive to create state-machine-driven, interactive animations for web and mobile applications
