Motion Designer at Gameloft

Main Responsibilities:

Create high-quality marketing videos to attract, engage, and acquire players for our games.
Own the full video production process, from concept and in-game capture to final delivery.
Create and enhance animations (2D/3D), motion graphics, and visual effects for video ads.
Optimize and adapt video content for multiple platforms, formats, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver on spec and on time.
Ensure brand, IP, and visual consistency across all video materials.
Continuously bring fresh creative ideas and stay up to date with gaming, video, and industry trends.

Key requirements:

Strong creativity with solid experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Proficient in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop); knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a strong plus.
Good understanding of basic 3D animation, rendering workflows, and asset preparation.
Ability to independently manage the full creative process and deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail and innovation.
Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.
