Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Motion Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the Marketing tribe, driving impact by:

1. Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics for various platforms.
2. Create engaging montage videos using raw footage.
3. Develop original 2D animations based on creative briefs.

Requirements

You're driven, passionate, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have:

• 3–4 years of experience in motion design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong understanding of Saudi cultural norms and sensitivities
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the full Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with design and layout tools such as Figma and Canva
• Experience in digital photography and visual storytelling
• Basic copywriting skills are a strong plus
• Solid grasp of animation principles, pacing, transitions, and typography
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Creative, curious, and always looking to push motion content to the next level
