Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Motion Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create videos that align with the provided brief, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of visual presentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with our creative project coordinators to understand requirements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.
Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Work onsite at the office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm, 1:30pm - 6:30pm).
Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
