Sales Leadership Roles:

Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams nationwide with Federally chartered Community Banks or Independent Mortgage Banks. Positions include: Branch Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Divisional Sales Manager.

(Minimum 3 years of recent leadership experience managing retail residential mortgage sales teams required.)

Non-Leadership Roles:

Remote Loan Officer: Join a leading Broker, Fintech/Affinity Lender, Full-Service Direct Lender, Bank, IMB, or Hybrid Lender. Whether you prefer a boutique firm or a major industry player, we’ve got opportunities tailored to your strengths.

In-House Loan Officer: Become a key player in a new real estate joint venture on the West Coast, working within a fast-moving, innovative team. Minimum 2 years of recent retail residential mortgage origination experience required.
