Mortgage External Networks Advisor / International Customers

Mellon Technologies , on behalf of a major banking group , is seeking Mortgage External Networks Advisors , to be based at its offices in Piraeus.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisors , who will be responsible for providing expert guidance on mortgage loans across customers from Greece and different countries, while ensuring compliance with bank’s regulations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Μain Responsibilities:

• Sales with a focus on mortgage loans.
• Strong/daily communication & servicing towards customers, External Networks Partners and Branch Network .
• Provide specialized advice to customers regarding mortgage loans, considering the differences in banking products, regulations, and tax policies applicable in various countries.
• Monitor the status of loan applications to ensure compliance with Bank standards. Analyze financial and legal documents to assess the creditworthiness of customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain strong networks with the Branch Network and External Networks Partners to grow the client base.

Requirements

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies will be preferred. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a banking services environment, with a focus on (mortgage) loans will be an added advantage.
• Experience in client management and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with specialized banking software and data analysis tools will be highly appreciated.
• Familiarity with modern digital tools & platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Mandatory excellent knowledge of English language (additional languages, such as German or French, will be considered as a significant advantage), for International Customers  Mortgage Advisor.
• Very good knowledge of English language, for Mortgage External Networks Advisor.
