Morrison's Sales Intern - Summer 2026

TLDR

Support the sales team by analyzing and communicating insights for one of the UK’s top grocery retailers while gaining hands-on experience in a complex operational environment.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Review and interpret sales, distribution, and activation data to identify trends and opportunities.

M Dailies Focus

Monitor and review promo compliance across store formats.

Assess distribution performance and identify gaps.

Track activation execution and ensure alignment with plans.

Benchmark competitor activation to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Communication

Present findings clearly to internal teams to support decision-making.

Account Support

Gain hands-on experience in managing one of the UK’s top grocery retailers.

Field Sales Engagement

Working closely with our Field team spending days out in trade to discover key insight.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Use of PowerPoint

Ability to understand and draw conclusions from large data sets

Good communication (verbal and written) skills

Good time management skills
