Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Model Based Systems Engineer to support the Office of the Undersecretary for Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Integration. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and analyzing complex systems-of-systems architectures. The candidate will be creating models that reveal capability gaps, performance tradeoffs, and mission-level impacts across kill-webs and effects-webs. This role requires a blend of technical modeling expertise, analytical skill, and communication ability to develop architecture models, assess operational effectiveness, and brief senior leaders within OUSD(R&E). The candidate will also help refine and maintain architecture standards and best practices to promote consistency across the defense community.
