Position: Mobilization Coordinator

Overview:
Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Mobilization Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the preparation and deployment of our project teams and resources. The Mobilization Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary logistical, regulatory, and administrative steps are taken for operational readiness before project commencement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the mobilization process for project teams, ensuring all personnel, materials, and equipment are in place for project launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed mobilization schedules and action plans, tracking progress and addressing any issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather relevant information and logistics necessary for successful mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and project requirements, conducting risk assessments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project leaders to provide updates on mobilization status, challenges, and solutions.
- Assist with onboarding and training of project personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to meet project requirements.
- Support procurement efforts for necessary materials and equipment while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Document mobilization processes and improvements to enhance future coordination efforts.

- Timeliness of the mobilization process and adherence to project timelines.
- Accuracy and completeness of logistics and personnel deployment.
- Stakeholder satisfaction regarding coordination and communication throughout the mobilization phase.
- Compliance with safety and regulatory standards during mobilization activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or mobilization roles, preferably in asset management or construction industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary to project sites and locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards in the asset management or construction sectors is a plus.
