For example, make mobility more automated, more versatile, and more efficient. Our team will develop a platform that makes mobilities multiuse to deliver “the services needed, when need, where need” utilizing City data and AI, which improve accessibility of people. We are working with engineers in Woven City and the Toyota Group.  Our team's mission is to expand the field of mobility to address the shortage of resources, create new services, and implement them in society as soon as possible. We are looking for people to work with our engineering team to create Mobility Service that make mobility more useful for business. We will define and improve the product requirements (PRD) by interacting with service providers (customers) through conducting several PoCs. In addition, we will formulate competition and collaboration strategy with various players both inside and outside the company like TOYOTA. RESPONSIBILITIES ・Listening to customers, defining the customer value, and designing the service flow ・Formulate product development strategy based on user value and competitive strategy ・Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for new services, present and lead discussions with engineering teams, and project manage ・Define development requirements for collaboration with other mobility service teams in the Woven City ・Design and define product requirements of how to interact and collaborate with external collaborators MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ・7+ years of product management experience in a collaborative with business side, engineering side, and external stakeholders ・Experience defining requirements, implementing, and commercializing BtoB SaaS products from scratch (at least one) ・Business level Japanese and English language skills ・Communication skills to organize internal and external stakeholders NICE TO HAVES ・Experience in creating and implementing service operation flows ・Experience in developing and implementing new business in the mobility or retail services from scratch   - Experience in design and project management of MaaS Apps, etc. ・Experience developing and implementing products in the data and AI domain   - Big data, image recognition, LLM, etc. ・Experience in understanding and implementing software engineering (front-end, back-end, any language)   - Cloud architecture, data schema, UI/UX, etc.
