Overview:
We are seeking a Mobility Academy Director to design, establish, and lead a Global Mobility Academy based in China (Shenzhen preferred, other cities negotiable). This role is dedicated to developing the next generation of automotive professionals to support international expansion, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled auto retail and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategy, vision, and operating model for the Mobility Academy.
- Design and deliver executive education programs for dealer principals, general managers, and senior retail leaders.
- Lead partnerships with top business schools, universities, and technology partners in China and globally.
- Shape a blended learning model, including online, on-campus, and in-dealership immersion, with clear business outcomes.
- Ensure programs are highly applied, linking learning to dealer KPIs such as sales conversion, customer experience, aftersales, and productivity.
- Curate content on AI, digital retail, data, governance, and leadership relevant to auto retail.
- Build governance structures, oversee budgets, and establish success metrics for the Academy.

Requirements:
- Automotive industry background is required; OEM experience is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in executive training, Learning and Development, Technical Training, or Corporate Academy management within the automotive sector.
- Minimum of 5 years in L&D or Academy management roles.
- Senior Chinese automotive specialist with deep OEM experience.
- Strong expertise in EV technology, smart mobility, connected vehicles, and aftersales operations.
- Experience building graduate, apprentice, or young professional development programs.
- Demonstrated experience working across international markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Additional Information:
This is an HR function role focused on capability building and talent development for a leading international mobility group. The base location is Shenzhen, China, with other locations negotiable.
