VisaNotary is seeking experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented notaries to join our team. VisaNotary provides notary services for a prominent estate planning company that operates throughout the United States. As a mobile notary, you will play a crucial role in providing notary services to clients in their homes or other convenient setting, ensuring that all documents are notarized accurately and efficiently. This position offers flexibility in hours and the opportunity to work independently while serving clients in your area.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations to provide prescheduled mobile notary services at the convenience of clients.
- Verify the identity of signers and ensure that all documents are signed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
- Review and notarize estate plan documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all notarial acts performed, including keeping a journal of all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the state and the notary public code of conduct.
Requirements
- Must be a commissioned notary public and have a valid notary license in your state.
- Experience providing notary services related to estate planning is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client locations.
- Must complete role-specific training and demonstrate understanding of the related documents to be notarized.
