Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Native iOS Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Swift and Objective C, a keen understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines, and a passion for building high-quality mobile applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate requirements into fully functional features and has experience with performance tuning and bug fixing.
What You'll Do
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features.
- Utilize RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Implement offline storage solutions using SQLite, Firebase, and other technologies.
- Conduct performance tuning, threading, and maintain high performance of the application.
- Understand and implement Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance and quality.
- Publish applications on the App Store and manage updates and maintenance.
- Leverage native iOS features such as Push Notifications, Local Notifications, Animations, GPS, and Maps.
- Use version control tools like Git to manage and maintain codebase.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
Who You Are
- B Tech/M Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Native iOS Mobile App Development.
- Extensive experience in Swift (and Objective C) and Cocoa Touch.
- Proficient in working with external frameworks and libraries.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and offline storage solutions (SQLite, Firebase).
- Proficient understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration like Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
