Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Mobile App Specialist UX/UI Product Designer to lead multidisciplinary design initiatives that align user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app design, product strategy, and AI-driven innovation, with the ability to guide teams, manage client relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on creating sustainable, testable, and impactful solutions that enhance everyday experiences.
Design Leadership and Delivery
- Lead design workstreams ensuring high-quality outputs across UX, UI, and interaction design, with emphasis on native mobile app design and responsive web applications.
- Oversee multidisciplinary design teams and managed delivery across multiple projects or platforms.
- Drive large-scale, multi-market design programs integrating strategy, design, and technology.
Strategy and Vision
- Translate insights into user stories, flows, and tangible deliverables.
- Influence product roadmaps, defined scalable design practices, and embedded human-centered design principles.
- Define and evolved design vision across organizations and markets.
Stakeholder and Client Engagement
- Present design decisions using clear storytelling to influence stakeholders.
- Shape client relationships, ensuring alignment between design and measurable business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior executives, framing design as a key driver of business transformation.
Systems and Innovation
- Apply and evolve design systems ensuring accessibility, consistency, and scalability.
- Implement governance models, design operations, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Champion innovation at scale through AI adoption and identification of new growth opportunities.
Team Development and Culture
- Mentor and coached designers, fostering strategic thinking and executional excellence.
- Build and nurture design capability, culture, and talent pipelines across teams.
Core Activities
- Conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and designed visually engaging, accessible interfaces.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and analysts to align designs with business objectives and ensure smooth implementation.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, A/B experiments, and iterative improvements based on user insights and analytics.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and showcases that demonstrated design value and measurable impact.
- Advocate for inclusive, user-centered design practices across all project stages.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX, UI, and product design, preferably within consultancy or digital product environments.
- Proven track record in designing and launching mobile apps.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, scale design practices, and implement efficient workflows.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI-assisted design technologies.
- Strong grasp of branding, marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development.
- Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure.
- Empathetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
