Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to take ownership of our healthcare applications' development process. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for innovation and user experience (UX).

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Lead the mobile application development process, from research to usability testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Business, UX Research, and Product Development teams to establish standards and timelines.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, provide technical advice, and innovate within our tech stack.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, build reusable components, and ensure seamless integration within the application.
• Adaptability: Work across different time zones and demonstrate flexibility in learning and adapting to changes.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in mobile app development, preferably with healthcare digital products and Flutter proficiency.
• Portfolio: At least two iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter, deployed or on GitHub.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flutter, mobile app deployment for Android and iOS, custom form validations, Git, and strong debugging skills.
• User Experience Focus: Commitment to developing delightful user experiences, grounded in innovation and UX principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral English communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective team collaboration.
• Availability: Full-time position with flexibility to work across India and US time zones.

Remuneration / Salary:

INR 40,000 to 60,000 Per Month (DOE)
