MMM Data Scientist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Scientist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of model scoring, dashboard development, business reporting and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). In this role, you’ll work closely with teams and external vendors to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of analytics processes that power key decision-making, , including measurement of marketing performance.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining model documentation, supporting and eventually leading scoring and refresh meetings, optimizing pipelines and dashboards, and performing ad hoc analysis. In addition, contributing to the development, maintenance, and interpretation of Marketing Mix Models. 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and MMM experience.  

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and dashboard tools
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) tools such as Robyn, Meridian, or equivalent
• Experience working with vendor-led MMM platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)
• Familiarity with Bayesian time-series modeling and media response curves
• Strong attention to detail and data validation
• Experience managing recurring processes and reporting
• Clear communicator with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or data scientists (a plus)

What about languages?

You will need intermediate to advanced English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

We are looking for candidates with at least 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics
