  • Create training plans in order to develop and mentor mission security technicians
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective and efficient interchanges with various members of the team and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with individuals, providing directions, and reporting incidents
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills are also important for accurate reporting
  • Interact professionally and courteously with a diverse range of people
  • Understand and follow instructions carefully and accurately

Requirements

Education/Training: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years of general (full-time) work experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area  
  • 2+ years of experience working in a management or leadership role
  • Demonstrable understanding of DoD escorting policies and procedures for escorting uncleared personnel in classified areas required

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Current active clearance at level Secret or higher required

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms
  • Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to move freely around a large facility, up/down stairs, and up/down ladders
  • Must be able to perform work above ceilings and/or below floors
  • Must be able to remain alert for extended periods

Salary: $116,000 -125,000
