Shift Time – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

KEY RESPOSIBILITY AREA  
 

Advanced Excel Proficiency 

  • Strong command of complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested functions). 
  • Skilled in pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dynamic data analysis tools. 
  • Experience with macros and task automation (preferred). 

Data Handling & Transformation 

  • Proficient in data cleaning, structuring, and transforming datasets from multiple sources. 
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards. 

Power BI & SQL 

  • Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI. 
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. 
  • Understanding of data modeling and relational databases. 

Communication 

  • Clear and professional written communication (e.g., emails, documentation). 
  • Strong verbal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder communication. 

Preferred Attributes 

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable working with large datasets in fast-paced environments. 
  • Programming knowledge (Python, R, VBA, etc.) is a plus for automation and processing tasks. 

 

  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS  

 

  • Must have bachelor's degree. 
  • Experience should be 12+ years in MIS profile. 
  • Excellent in MS Excel and Power BI 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Must have a laptop with 16GB RAM and fast internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps.
