Position: MIS AND REPORTING (1 yr renewal contract + 1 mth completion bonus)

Work Location:
- East Side, opposite Expo MRT

Reporting Line:
- This role reports to the Head of MIS and Reporting.

General Description:
- Be part of the back-office operations in Operations Control for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres, primarily supporting the MIS and Reporting function.
- Responsible for handling data extract requests from Operations, preparing monthly management information and statistics reports, supporting data extracts for regulatory submissions, surveys, and audits.
- Maintain static tables, prepare MIS reports, set up market rules, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Features and Accountabilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal partners and relevant departments for data extraction, MIS, audit, and regulatory data requests.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage extracts, MIS, and data for regulators and audits.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports for OTC Derivative products to regulatory bodies.
- Set up market rules and approve trades from the Pretrade Validation queue.
- Manage subaccount opening for Trade Processing and Corporate Action teams.
- Participate in User-Acceptance-Testing when required.
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours, including honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work with relevant teams to fulfil regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data extraction is performed on a need-to-know basis with appropriate approvals and checks and balances.
- Complete mandatory trainings.

Professional and Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrates initiative and passion; effective team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Banking or a related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office software, including macros, and possesses end-to-end knowledge of the private banking value chain.
- Proficient in using tools for data extraction from various systems and MIS.
- Experience with VBA/SQL is an advantage.
