Mini Bars Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mini bar team, ensuring all products are well-stocked, presented beautifully, and replenished in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels to optimize the selection and availability of products.
• Train and motivate staff to provide the highest level of service and product knowledge.
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback regarding mini bar selections and service, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to uphold service standards and streamline operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage storage and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of mini bar operations and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
