Millwork Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager / Estimator to lead high-end interior woodwork and custom millwork projects in Naples, Florida. This full-time role focuses on detailed estimating, project coordination, and quality-driven execution to deliver premium finishes on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom millwork and fine interior woodwork projects from preconstruction through closeout in Naples, FL.
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and furniture.
• Coordinate shop production, installers, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicate with designers, builders, and internal teams to manage scope, expectations, and project delivery.

Requirements
